Juliette Kayyem, Home Sweet Homeland: Protecting America in an Age of Mayhem

There are many serious issues affecting our homes and our country: increasing violence, weakening international relations, natural disasters, climate change, homegrown and foreign terrorism, incarceration, illegal immigration, privacy vs security, technology advances such as drones and AI, the sometimes chaotic political climate, the Wall, the economy and the seeming growing instability of our way of life. These issues will be explored, recommendations will be made, personal anecdotes shared, and your questions will be welcomed.

The talk will be of interest to the law enforcement, legal and security communities as well as to parents, grandparents and all citizens concerned about the future of our country.
